I translate various types of texts from French and English into Swedish, my native language. The texts I translate cover a wide range of subjects such as advertising, marketing, environment/climate, EU, tourism, humanitarian missions, technical instruction manuals and so forth.
I also offer proofreading services and language reviews of Swedish texts.
I hold a Degree of Master of Arts (60 credits) with Specialization in Non-Fiction Translation in French-Swedish from Linnæus University.
I hold a Master's Degree in French and a Bachelor's Degree in Swedish from Stockholm University.
In addition, I am an associated member of the Swedish Association of Professional Translators (SFÖ).
Prior to seriously taking up translation, I worked sixteen years as a Swedish and French teacher for children, teenagers, and adults alike. I'm still giving Swedish classes beside my work as a translator.
I resided in France for more than eight years, where I studied French literature and French linguistics for two years at the University of Strasbourg in France. I’ve also studied Tibetan, Sanskrit and English at universities in Sweden and abroad.

I follow the Charter and Guidelines of the Swedish Association of Professional Translators (SFÖ) and the European requirements for translation services SS-EN ISO 17100: 2015.
